අර්ථ නිරූපණය

මුල් අකුර අගනා අකුරු වලින් අර්ථ දැක්වෙන වචන පහත සඳහන් කොන්දේසි යටතේ අර්ථයන් ඇත. පහත දැක්වෙන අර්ථ නිරූපණවලට තනි හෝ බහු සංඛ් යා වලින් පෙනී සිටියත් එකම අර්ථය ඇත.

අර්ථ දැක්වීම්

මෙම ආපසු ගෙවීමේ සහ ආපසු ලබා දීමේ ප් රතිපත්තිය සඳහා:

1. Company (referred to as We, Us, or Our in this agreement) refers to Come & Communicate SL.

භාණ්ඩ යනු සේවාව තුළ විකිණීමට ඉදිරිපත් කරන භාණ්ඩයයි.

3. Orders refer to a request by you to purchase Goods from us.

4. සේවාව යන්නෙන් අදහස් කරන්නේ වෙබ් අඩවියයි.

5. Website refers to Marketingueros, accessible from https://marketingueros.es.

6. ඔබ අදහස් කරන්නේ සේවාවට පිවිසෙන හෝ භාවිතා කරන පුද්ගලයා හෝ සමාගම හෝ එවැනි පුද්ගලයෙකු සේවාව වෙත පිවිසිය හෝ භාවිතා කරන්නේ එහි නියෝජනයෙන් වන වෙනත් නීතිමය පුද්ගලයා ය.

Your Membership Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your membership within 7 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for cancelling your membership is 7 days from the date on which you made the order or payment (whichever comes first).

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your membership cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
